Reflection and prayer are part of our spiritual development. It helps us in the quest of what we need to bring into our lives, and what we need to eliminate from our lives. As we find the answers deep within us, the stress diminishes.

Lovely hub with some very sensible advice. I find I hardly watch the news, anymore, because it's so negative, even though I used to be a big news junkie. These are all things I am trying to work on incorporating into my family's life, and it's definitely a work in progress. Take care!
